Background
One of the requirements for building a world-class institution is to have an academic reputation. The more USU staff who can collaborate with the world's top universities, the greater the contribution to improving the international standards of a university. One way to get good international collaboration is to establish good communication with a world-class university. On this basis, it is proposed to run the Sabbatical Leave program.
Rational
One of the proposed strategies is conducting research with multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary priorities through international collaboration with top universities. The more USU staff who do Sabbatical Leave activities, the more intense collaboration will be established, and this activity will also improve the quality of human resources for USU. Program Objective
This program aims to provide some funds to dispatch USU lecturers on Sabbatical Leave to the world's top universities.
Mechanism and Design
Program ini akan dijalankan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dengan berkordinasi dengan Tim WCU. Proses akan dimulai dengan call for candidate dan dilanjutkan dengan proses seleksi. Setelah memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan maka staf akan melakukan kegiatan. Luaran yang ditargetkan dari kegiatan ini adalah berupa jurnal internasional bereputasi.
