International Mobility Staff
Background
This activity is driven by the low number of international partnerships with the world's best universities. The strategy formulated in the SWOT analysis is developing world-class research based on excellence and local wisdom with the theme TALENTA. This activity will allow USU researchers to collaborate with world-class researchers.
Rational
Publication activities will follow this in international journals with high-impact factors, eventually targeting academic reputation and citation. This activity aims to increase "pride" for USU staff to collaborate with world-class researchers.
Mechanism and Design
Invite USU researchers to explore staff exchange with the world's top universities. Qualified researchers will be funded to carry out activities.
Program Implementation
The WCU team, in collaboration with the relevant Vice Rector, will conduct a call for candidates. After the selection process is carried out, the candidate will be dispatched to carry out the activity. The expected output of this activity is the establishment of cooperation and the increase in USU's reputation at the intended universities.
