UIN Imam Bonjol Padang Studies USU’s Waste Management System for Implementation on Its Campus
Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) welcomed a delegation from Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Imam Bonjol Padang on Monday, October 20, 2025, at the EQUITY Meeting Room, 3rd Floor of the USU Rectorate Building. The visit aimed to study USU’s waste management system through its Integrated Waste Management Facility (TPST) as a model for implementing a green campus concept.

Supporting the SDGs, USU Holds GreenPreneurship ToT in Collaboration with the Academy of Entrepreneurs
The University of Sumatera Utara (USU), in collaboration with the Academy of Entrepreneurs, officially launched its first Training of Trainers (ToT) GreenPreneurship program on Friday, September 19, 2025. This training program will take place from September to October, consisting of five online sessions conducted via Google Meet.

USU Strengthens Laboratory Service System through Technical Coordination Meetings with Faculties
Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), through the Directorate of Internationalization and Global Partnership (DIKG), held a series of technical coordination meetings to enhance laboratory service management in collaboration with its faculties. The first meeting took place on Tuesday (August 19, 2025) with the Faculty of Agriculture, followed by the second meeting on Wednesday (August 20, 2025) with the Faculty of Pharmacy.
